Your mask can make or break your dive.

If it’s a good fit for your face, you won’t even think about it underwater. But if it’s constantly leaking or pressing too hard on your face, it will drive you nuts the whole dive. It’ll be the only thing you can think about it and it’ll totally spoil the experience.

We always recommend new divers invest in their own mask before anything else. And if you’re still using rental stuff… just think about all the other people who’ve spat in it before you! Gross!

We’re going to be completely honest here… unless you’ve already tried your mask on, know that it fits and know exactly what you’re looking for, buying a mask online is pretty risky. You’ll never really know if it’s going to fit you properly until you get in underwater.
