HOW DO I GET MY DIVING GEAR TO YOU FOR SERVICING?

We’ve tried to make it as easy as pie to get your dive equipment to us for servicing.

You can either:

  • Drop it off at Honest HQ in person
  • Ship it to us – you package them up and arrange your own postage
  • Or we can organise a UPS label so you can box up your gear, whack the label on and drop off at a collection point

Once all your scuba equipment is freshly serviced, you can either pick it up from Honest HQ or we’ll get a courier to deliver it to your door.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY SCUBA EQUIPMENT SERVICING TAKE?

Jim tries to get all servicing turned around as quickly as possible – in a max of 7 days (excluding shipping time if items are couriered in/delivered back). He will of course keep you updated if this changes at all.

WHY DON'T YOU SERVICE ALL THE DIVE EQUIPMENT BRANDS?

Well, it’s a bit daft really… although Jim is more than capable of servicing every piece of dive kit under the sun, he’s not allowed to get his hands on any servicing parts for brands that we don’t sell through The Honest Diver.

We think it’s crazy, but that’s just how it works!
