Which thickness you need depends on how cold your head gets! We recommend the Fourth Element 3mm hood for more temperate waters. If you’re diving in the UK, you might as well go for the 5mm version and use it all year round.
With a simple, minimalist hood design, the Fourth Element 3mm hood is comfortable and warm, with smooth linings for ease of donning.
The 3mm hoods have a simple minimalist design with a smooth Glideskin interior and are produced using stretch neoprene to ensure a comfortable fit.
The short collar works for both dry and wet suits, and micro holes in hood vent air with minimal water ingress.
