We’ll be honest with you, we don’t keep most products in stock – our cupboard isn’t big enough! If we don’t have something you’re after we’ll order it in for you. When you’re about to add it to your basket, we’ll make it really clear what’s going to happen and how long you can expect to wait. If we run into any snags from our suppliers, we’ll keep you updated and let you know your options. Read more about what happens when a product is on back order.
If it’s in stock, you can expect delivery in about 1-3 working days. If it is a backorder, you can expect it in about 5 working days if it is in stock at the supplier and delivery times will depend on the supplier. In either case, we’ll do our best to get your stuff to you as fast as we can and we’ll keep you informed all the way with regular updates. Read more about our shipping options here.
Delivery is free when you spend over £50.00, woot!
We only deliver to the UK. This is an agreement we have with our suppliers as we don’t want to tread on anyone’s toes in other areas. If you’re looking to get something from a certain brand and you’re not from the UK, we suggest visiting their website and checking out the dealers in your local area.

You have 28 days to return your products and provided they haven’t been used and are returned to us as new (with their original packaging and any tags still attached etc) we’ll sort your refund. It usually takes between 5 and 10 business days for the money to get back to your account (blame our merchant provider Stripe – If you need it quicker than this, let us know and we’ll sort something out.)
We can’t accept anything that’s been in the water. If you’d like to try something before you buy it, then let’s arrange a session in our training tank with our demo products.
We also can’t give refunds on products that are made to measure or have custom designs.
If there’s something you’d like to send back, give us a shout by email (hello@thehonestdiver.com) and we’ll tell you what to do next.
Please note that the cost of return shipping must be covered by you unless of course something’s arrived damaged, faulty or we made a mistake somewhere. Make sure you package up the return well as if there’s any damage on route back to HQ, we’ll only be able to offer you a partial refund and/or credit note. We can’t accept responsibility for any packages that don’t reach us so we recommend you use an appropriate shipping method with insurance if necessary.

If you need to swap a product because it doesn’t fit you, you can send it back to us by following the returns instructions above. Let us know what you like changing and we’ll sort it out for you. Please note that the charge for returning and the delivery charge for the replacement must be covered by you.
If you’ve bought online rather than in person at Honest HQ, you’ve got a 14 day cooling-off period. That means that within this time, you can choose to cancel your order if you change your mind. If you’ve received your items already, you can then follow the instructions for returning items above and once we’ve received them, we’ll issue a full refund.
