I’ve dived with the Fourth Element J2 Longsleeve Top and it’s a game-changer. It fits snug, keeps me comfortable on long dives, and I love the anti-microbial feature… I spend A LOT of time in my undersuit 😉 I combine mine with the J2 leggings to make a head-to-toe baselayer.
A simple, close-fitting design, with flat seams for next-to-skin comfort offers the perfect solution under any drysuit underwear. The Fourth Element J2 Longsleeve Top is not only easy to don, but it also has flattering lines and is extremely comfortable thanks to its excellent all-way stretch fabric.
The J2 Base Layers are designed to provide prolonged comfort and thermal performance under your drysuit, using the unique OceanPositive recycled fabric. Keeping your skin dry through a dive is essential for maintaining warmth and preventing irritation. The J2 base layers excel at wicking away perspiration, creating a dry zone next to your skin for enhanced thermal insulation. The J2 wicking performance also comes into its own when the fabric gets wet. Even in the event of a suit flood, the moisture will be wicked away, and with the right combination of drysuit underwear, it will travel further through the fibres of your undersuit, keeping you comfortable and dry.
The J2 base layer system extends this performance with tried and tested anti-microbial silver ions embedded within the fibres of the fabric. This ensures that you can wear the base layer for long periods without risk of irritation, vital for prolonged repetitive dives or expeditions.
